Overview
The CSR2 supports Financial Advisors to maximize client engagement while maintaining proactive contact. This role drives wallet share growth and client retention through independent data mining and relationship management. Unique focus includes settlement fund clearing and branch referral assistance.
What You'll Do18
- 1Reviews documentation for new and existing accounts ensuring completeness and accuracy
- 2Submits documentation for processing and sales review
- 3Maintains appropriate records required for all transactions
- 4Initiates Redtail workflow to confirm transaction implementation
- 5Interacts independently with customers regarding service issues
- 6Assists Financial Advisors with business plan development
- 7Executes proactive client contact processes to increase retention
- 8Uses contact process to data mine book for expansion opportunities
- 9Maintains compliance-required files
- 10Completes continuing education to keep licenses current
- 11Reviews reporting systems to identify processing issues
- 12Determines if items can be cleared without FA involvement
- 13Enters branch revenue crediting based on FA information
- 14May assist with updating branch referrals
- 15Creates and maintains client files and records
- 16Administers Redtail records for client information and segmentation
- 17Serves as risk manager for business operations
- 18Ensures regulatory compliance adherence
Requirements11
- 1Valid Drivers License
- 2Life/Health state insurance licenses
- 3FINRA Series 7/63 registrations with Series 65 or 66 preferred
- 4Minimum 3 years job related experience
- 5Excellent project management skills
- 6Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- 7Strong organizational analytical and interpersonal abilities
- 8Proficient customer service skills
- 9Ability to use MS Word intermediate, MS Excel intermediate, MS PowerPoint basic
- 10BA or BS preferred
- 11Experience in investment industry preferred
