Registered Nurse Wellness & Recovery
Overview
Join a physician-led wellness practice as a Registered Nurse at Genesis Wellness. You will own member health journeys in a boutique clinical setting without insurance billing. This is not a hospital environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform clinical assessments, blood draws, and specimen collection
- 2Administer injections, infusions, and therapeutic protocols under physician direction
- 3Educate members on wellness programs, recovery modalities, and preventive health
- 4Manage clinical workflows including scheduling, charting, and follow-up coordination
- 5Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory
- 6Support onboarding of new members including vitals, intake, and lab coordination
- 7Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership on care delivery
- 8Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing standards and regulations
Requirements7
- 1Active unrestricted RN license in Kansas
- 2Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience outpatient primary care urgent care or infusion preferred
- 3Comfortable with venipuncture IV starts and injections
- 4Strong interpersonal skills to build member relationships
- 5Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a small-team environment
- 6Interest in wellness preventive health fitness or integrative medicine
- 7BLS certification required
