What You'll Do11
- 1Own night shift patient flow and ensure safe handoffs
- 2Document patient health data systematically and timely
- 3Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence based care plans
- 4Implement interventions promptly adhering to protocols
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate timely admissions discharges and transfers
- 6Administer medications and treatments safely
- 7Communicate effectively with patients families and staff
- 8Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- 9Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- 10Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- 11Act as patient advocate respecting individual needs
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 3Basic Life Support - CPR Cert required
- 4RN license required
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 6Rotational weekend schedule including holidays
- 7Experience with EHR systems
- 8Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- 9Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Insight
$69 - $116k per year
