Overview
Compass Park seeks Registered Nurses to lead skilled nursing rehabilitation and memory care at our 320-acre community in Franklin Indiana. The ideal candidate will own patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. What You'll Do5
- 1Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents across Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation and Memory Care units
- 2Lead CNA teams to ensure task completion and accurate documentation
- 3Communicate resident status updates to medical providers including physicians nurses practitioners and physician assistants
- 4Inform Unit Management about critical unit changes and operational issues
- 5Maintain comprehensive health insurance and wellness benefits for employees
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- 2Current state RN license with active CPR certification
- 3Supervisory experience in healthcare settings with demonstrated management capabilities
- 4Proven ability to develop and execute complex care strategies
- 5Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions
