What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver nursing care including assessment diagnosis planning intervention evaluation and education
- 2Communicate with interdisciplinary teams patients and families
- 3Coordinate patient care activities with interprofessional colleagues
- 4Maintain accurate patient records and interpret electronic data
- 5Follow BMC nursing policies and update systems
- 6Assist leadership in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements9
- 1Active Massachusetts RN license or ability to obtain one
- 2Minimum 1 year RN experience
- 3Current BLS certification
- 4ACLS certification required for specific units
- 5Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- 6Physical stamina to meet job demands
- 7Strong verbal and written communication abilities
