Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will own nursing care for residents at Hoeger House post acute facility. This full time night shift position offers competitive salary range $35.00 - $48.00. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care.
What You'll Do8
- 1Apply the nursing process to assess diagnose and plan outcomes for residents
- 2Lead care coordination and delegate tasks appropriately
- 3Conduct preventative care health maintenance and treatment
- 4Provide education and administer interventions
- 5Serve as charge nurse and manage staff resources
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and resolve service concerns
- 7Ensure safe medication administration through proper supervision
- 8Implement evidence based practices aligned with state regulations
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- 2Unencumbered RN license with current state board approval
- 3Multistate licensure if applicable under Nurse Licensure Compact
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
