Registered Nurse, Clinical Operations & Care Coordination
Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) will own clinical care coordination for an AI-enabled healthcare organization, managing patient outreach and chronic disease support at scale. This remote role sits on the Care Team Operations team, partnering with Operations, Product, and Technology to improve workflows. The position demands strong clinical judgment and independent work in a fully remote environment. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform clinical care coordination, including patient outreach and chronic disease management support.
- 2Review complex clinical cases requiring licensed judgment and document validation.
- 3Support utilization review and prior authorization appeals.
- 4Conduct quality audits and identify workflow improvements.
- 5Develop clinical guidelines, SOPs, and educational materials.
- 6Train and mentor clinical team members on workflows and quality standards.
- 7Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology to improve patient outcomes.
- 8Test and implement new initiatives that enhance efficiency.
Requirements8
- 1Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- 32-5+ years in care management, care coordination, or case management.
- 4Experience in utilization management, population health, or clinical operations.
- 5Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication.
- 7Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- 8Preferred: experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
Salary Insight
$100 - $114k per year
