Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Homecare

What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services
- 2Collaborate with intake to provide daily direction and manage referral volume
- 3Provide oversight for liaison workflow to guarantee timeliness and identify education needs
- 4Focus on Start of Care compliance and implement outcome monitoring programs
- 5Participate in all liaison/administrative on-call rotations and patient staffing
- 6Manage on call calendar for internal and field staff
- 7Handle PTO, call offs and daily productivity reviews for proper staffing coverage
- 8Complete field visits and monitor supply costs overtime staffing bonuses visits per episode
- 9Work with billing department on authorization pro bono requests and patient contact
- 10Perform liaison training as directed by Administrator
- 11Manage staffing budget including overtime and bonus oversight
Requirements11
- 1Minimum of three years experience as RN or PT in acute care setting
- 2Current RN or PT license in state of employment
- 3Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- 4Excellent communication and customer focus abilities
- 5Ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging situations
- 6Proven leadership experience supervising and developing staff
- 7Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 8Knowledge of ASHN billing authorization intake and clinical review processes
- 9Experience with nursing best practices and scope of practice regulations
- 10Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- 11Commitment to patient-centered care and family-focused approach
