Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in healthcare dietary services
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics Nutrition or related field
- 3Current CDR registration and state licensure
- 4ServSafe Certification obtained within 90 days of hire
- 5Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- 6Proficiency in MDS documentation and care planning systems
- 7Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- 8Ability to perform sanitation audits and implement corrective actions
- 9Experience with electronic health record documentation platforms
- 10Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
