Bayada Home Health Care seeks energetic Registered Dietician for per diem home visits in Essex County. Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients. This energetic and experienced Registered Dietician will integrate into a multidisciplinary team.

- 1Make home visits to clients in designated territories
- 2Plan organize conduct dietetic education for staff clients and caregivers
- 3Assess develop counsel clients families on medical nutrition therapy
- 4Provide reliable objective information translate scientific findings
- 5Document clinical treatment using electronic medical records
- 6Function as team member with expertise in nutritional care
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition from accredited institution
- 2License and registration as Registered Dietitian in NJ
- 3Minimum two years recent healthcare experience
- 4Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- 5Home health care experience a plus
Salary Insight
$129 - $135k per year
