What You'll Do10
- 1Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop and document plans within the electronic medical record
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings lab results weight trends intake and comorbidities
- 3Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents patients families and staff
- 4Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents overall health and well-being
- 5Ensure adherence to CMS State and Federal regulations and company standards
- 6Cover multiple buildings based on company needs and as desired
- 7Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership
- 8Follow COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state local and/or customers
- 9Hold a certification license in good standing within the state of practice
- 10Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations preferred
Requirements7
- 1Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- 2Certification license in good standing within the state of practice
- 3Strong organizational and communication skills
- 4Positive attitude effective communication with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership
- 5Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state local and/or customers
- 6Valid driver's license if multi-site registered dietitian
- 7RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations
Salary Insight
$75 - $92k per year
