- 3Collaborate with BCBA professionals to customize intervention plans
- 4Deliver personalized care via direct sessions and group activities
- 5Maintain documentation compliant with organizational protocols
- 6Support families through evidence-based strategy implementation
- 7Travel between client locations as required for service delivery
- 8Complete RBT certification within first 90 days of employment
- 9Promote workplace standards including punctuality and professional attire
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience designing behavioral solutions
