What You'll Do6
- 1Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
- 2Collect and analyze treatment goal data during each session
- 3Design individualized behavior plans using evidence-based strategies

- 6Support BCBA in conducting home visits and program implementation
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in applied behavior analysis
- 2AWS Certified professional certification preferred
- 33-5 seasons of clinical practice
- 4High school diploma with college coursework in psychology or education
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 6Availability for after-school and weekend shifts
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- 8Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
