What You'll Do9

- 4Build rapport with clients and families, creating a positive environment for learning.

- 6Communicate clinical observations to supervisors to refine treatment plans.
- 7Coordinate with families to schedule sessions and ensure consistency across settings.
- 8Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries per HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- 9Participate in ongoing training and supervision to advance your RBT certification.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Willing to obtain RBT certification before starting (we provide paid training).
- 3Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- 4Experience in education, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus.
- 5Commit to at least 6 months of service.
- 6Reliable transportation for in-home sessions across the Kansas City area.
- 7Pass a background check and comply with state regulations.
- 8Ability to work part-time hours, including afternoons and evenings.
