Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), ABA Therapy
Overview
As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBAs, while collecting real-time data on client progress. What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
- 2Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBAs.
- 3Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
- 4Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- 5Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
- 6Build rapport with clients to foster meaningful progress and trust.
Requirements6
- 1Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
- 3Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
- 4Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
