Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapy
Overview
You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans for children with autism in their homes. This role puts you inside a RBT position with direct supervision from a BCBA. You join a network of providers across 28 states supporting thousands of families. You get priority case assignments and free 40-Hour RBT training. This contract role offers flexibility with weekday and weekend availability.
What You'll Do7
- 1Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans for children with autism in home settings
- 2Collect therapy session data during each session
- 3Communicate regularly with supervisory staff on progress
- 4Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- 5Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques

Requirements5
- 11 year minimum of ABA experience
- 2BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
- 3Active RBT certification or completion of 40-Hour RBT training
- 4Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA
- 5Reliable transportation for home visits in Columbus, Ohio
