Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings
- 2Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- 3Collect and record client behavior data accurately
- 4Collaborate with the BCBA on client care strategies
- 5Maintain safe and engaging learning environments
- 6Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- 7Assist with safety protocols and physical tasks
- 8Drive therapeutic outcomes within the first 90 days
Requirements7
- 1Registered Behavior Technician credential
- 2Minimum age 18 years
- 3High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent kneeling sitting standing movements
- 6Clean background check clearance
- 7Experience with ABA principles or eagerness to learn
