What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
- 2Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- 3Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- 4Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
- 5Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
- 6Participate in supervision sessions trainings and team meetings
- 7Maintain a safe engaging and positive therapy environment
- 8Support BCBA certification pursuit through structured programs
- 9Engage in early mentoring opportunities for professional development
Requirements6
- 1Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Minimum three months of ABA experience
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
- 6Compassionate and compassionate demeanor
