What You'll Do9

  • 1Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
  • 2Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • 3Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • 4Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
  • 5Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
  • 6Participate in supervision sessions trainings and team meetings
  • 7Maintain a safe engaging and positive therapy environment
  • 8Support BCBA certification pursuit through structured programs
  • 9Engage in early mentoring opportunities for professional development

Requirements6

  • 1Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • 2High school diploma or GED
  • 3Minimum three months of ABA experience
  • 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
  • 6Compassionate and compassionate demeanor
