What You'll Do9
- 1Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home school and community settings
- 2Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- 3Collect and record accurate client behavior data during each session
- 4Complete timely session notes meeting company and payer standards
- 5Communicate effectively with BCBA supervisor regarding client progress and challenges
- 6Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- 7Maintain a safe positive supportive environment during therapy sessions
- 8Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- 9Adhere to BACB guidelines ethics and all regulatory funding source requirements
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3Strong observational data collection and communication skills
- 4Comfortable using ABA software and Microsoft 365 applications on a personal device
- 5Ability to pass a background check
- 6Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- 7Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active with children throughout sessions
