What You'll Do11
- 1Drive profitability by owning financial KPIs inventory and cost control to identify hidden opportunities for savings and revenue growth
- 2Scale operations by collaborating with the executive team to build strategies and SOPs for expansion from seven to more locations
- 3Lead and mentor general managers ensuring The Standard is met daily
- 4Maintain safe healthy and legally compliant environments across the entire portfolio
- 5Ensure five star guest experiences by resolving issues and proactively improving service quality
- 6Build repeatable systems across multiple locations standardizing open/closing prep inventory and order cadence
- 7Act as a data-driven decision maker staying calm under pressure and leveraging industry trends
- 8Hire train and develop managers and kitchen leaders creating accountability structures with clear KPIs and weekly 1:1s
- 9Develop innovative solutions that leave fingerprints on every part of the business
- 10Standardize processes and empower stores to operate consistently
- 11Make decisions based on data rather than gut feelings
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing multiple units
- 31-3 years managing multiple locations
- 43-5 years experience with CPC Card
- 55+ years experience with BCBA
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with AWS
- 73-5 years working with React
- 83-5 years implementing Kubernetes solutions
- 9Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business
- 10Quarterly performance-based bonus at minimum three percent of base salary
