Imperial Cleaning seeks a Regional Manager to lead and grow our cleaning operations across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and manage a large team of over 1,000 employees while maintaining high service standards. What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and maintain client relationships ensuring deep understanding of needs
- 2Oversee regional payroll entry and maintain accurate location spreadsheets
- 3Perform quarterly location inspections and conduct monthly compliance touch bases
- 4Report inspection deficiencies and resolve within SLA timeframe
- 5Ensure employee policy compliance including eHub and dress codes
- 6Conduct client walk-throughs and supply proposals to prospective clients
- 7Track and schedule periodic services while addressing customer complaints
- 8Manage overtime within assigned region and notify HR/Payroll of staffing changes
- 9Be on-call for emergencies evenings and weekends
- 10Maintain profitability by managing expenses within budget
- 11Provide insights during P&L reviews and escalate client issues to senior leadership

- 1Proven track record managing commercial cleaning teams
- 2Detail-oriented with strong communication skills via email and phone

- 4Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- 5Customer-focused problem-solving mindset
- 6Knowledge of administrative procedures and technology tools
- 7Clean DMV record and license
- 8Ability to use technology effectively
- 9Experience with cloud-based systems like AWS
- 10Familiarity with AWS Certified practices
