Requirements11
- 15+ years relevant experience in manufacturing vehicle software reflash electrical diagnostics repair execution
- 2Advanced technical expertise in vehicle software reflash repair diagnostics across multiple systems
- 3Strong executive communication delivering quantified gaps recommendations and escalations
- 4Analytical mindset assessing risk adjusting execution plans to protect throughput and quality
- 5Valid driver’s license frequent travel 75%+ domestic international
- 6Preferred automotive manufacturing test systems diagnostic tools experience
- 7Familiarity with OEM service testing diagnostic systems preferred GM platforms
- 8Understanding of vehicle logistics systems like VTIMS
- 9Relevant certifications or advanced degree in automotive engineering
- 10Spanish language proficiency a plus
- 11Ability to anticipate downstream impacts and drive continuous improvement
