What You'll Do9
- 1Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and greet clients with a welcoming attitude.
- 2Manage email inquiries and respond to client messages within the same day.
- 3Monitor and process online food and prescription requests using VetConnect and EzyVet.
- 4Maintain accurate client records in AVImark and update patient information.
- 5Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to manage appointment flow.
- 6Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile end-of-day reports.
- 7Confirm appointments via phone and text reminders using Petry.
- 8Assist with inventory checks for retail products and prescription refills.
- 9Support the team during emergency walk-ins and prioritize urgent cases.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in any industry.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including 1-2 Saturdays monthly.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 5Experience with EzyVet or AVImark preferred.
- 6Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner.
- 7Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
