What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering project questions
- 2Stock merchandise through freight unloading and shelf organization
- 3Support store operations via delivery verification and dock preparation
- 4Maintain safety by following hazardous material procedures and equipment guidelines
- 5Operate scanners Zebra phones and other warehouse tools
- 6Pitch in for Pro Fulfillment tasks including flatbed delivery app usage
- 7Load delivery orders while ensuring quality and safe practices
- 8Rotate orders by delivery date and address customer issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 10Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
- 11Use forklifts and power equipment according to safety guidelines
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 23 months experience operating forklifts or power equipment
- 36 months warehouse inventory handling experience
- 4Physical stamina for active shifts across various hours
- 5Attention to detail in hazardous material handling
