- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
- 3Support store operations through dock prep and equipment usage
- 4Maintain safety by following hazardous material procedures
- 5Operate scanners and other tools to stage deliveries
- 6Use the Orders App to manage flatbed delivery orders
- 7Load delivery orders ensuring quality and safe practices
- 8Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- 10Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
- 11Pitch in for additional fulfillment tasks
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift or power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling
- 4Bilingual, military, or veteran status preferred
- 5Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with proper technique
