What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering project-related questions
- 2Stock merchandise through freight unloading down-stocking and pallet setup
- 3Support store operations via delivery verification and dock preparation using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
- 4Maintain safety standards by properly handling hazardous materials and equipment
- 5Operate store tools including scanners Zebra phones and balers
- 6Contribute to team tasks such as order picking and delivery readiness
- 7Use the Orders App to stage Flatbed Delivery orders and load shipments safely
- 8Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 10Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking
