What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers while assisting them with product locations
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries and using equipment like pallet jacks
- 4Maintain a safe environment by following hazardous material procedures
- 5Operate store tools such as scanners and Zebra phones
- 6Pitch in for Pro Fulfillment tasks including loading delivery orders
- 7Use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders
- 8Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 10Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
- 11Work as a team player to complete additional assignments
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift or power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking
