Own the commercial operations for a high-volume brokerage, guiding process optimization and data integrity at scale. You will architect and maintain systems that empower agents to stay in their Zone of Genius while you handle the operational engine. Lead a team of Virtual Assistants, drive AI-enhanced automation, and ensure flawless deal flow from LOI to Closing. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the commercial operations machine from LOI to Closing to ensure on-time, error-free transactions
- 2Audit, design, and optimize digital infrastructure incorporating AI to 10x team capacity CRM AI
- 3Oversee listing and market presence on platforms such as CoStar LoopNet and Crexi to sustain market dominance
- 4Manage and mentor a team of Virtual Assistants to maintain high standards of administrative execution
- 5Anticipate needs before they arise, removing friction and enabling agents to win more deals
- 6Own system audits, process improvements, and documentation to create scalable workflows
- 7Drive data accuracy and financial literacy across payroll, reporting, and high-volume transaction controls
- 8Collaborate with agents and leadership to align operations with growth strategy
- 9Implement governance for data integrity, security, and compliance across the commercial division
- 10Foster a culture of continuous improvement and measurable results
Requirements6
- 1Commercial Real Estate operations experience preferred
- 2Strong project management and operational leadership background
