What You'll Do7
- 1Build a client base by following up with leads from online and database sources, converting them into appointments.
- 2Guide home buyers and sellers through the entire transaction, from offer to closing, ensuring a smooth experience.
- 3Learn and apply proven scripts and systems for lead conversion in daily team trainings and shadowing sessions.
- 4Analyze market trends and statistics to price homes accurately and advise clients on offers.
- 5Coordinate with mortgage lenders, title companies, and inspectors to manage the transaction timeline.
- 6Participate in team meetings and coaching calls to refine your sales skills and stay accountable.
- 7Maintain a professional image and represent the team at listing presentations and open houses.
