What You'll Do9

  • 1Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties from first consultation to closing, using CRM tools to track every interaction.
  • 2Conduct property showings and open houses, presenting MLS listings to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
  • 3Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms, leveraging market data from Zillow and Redfin.
  • 4Create marketing campaigns for listings, using Canva and Facebook Ads to reach target audiences.
  • 5Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, analyzing MSCI reports and local data to advise clients on pricing.
  • 6Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and New York State real estate law in every transaction.
  • 7Prepare contracts and listing agreements, coordinating with legal and title teams for seamless closings.
  • 8Coordinate with property management teams on rentals, using Buildium to track maintenance and tenant communications.
  • 9Respond to client inquiries within one business day, building trust through prompt, clear communication.

Requirements8

  • 1Valid New York State real estate license in good standing
  • 21+ years of sales or negotiation experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • 3Strong verbal and written communication, with bilingual abilities a plus
  • 4Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software for managing listings and client data
  • 5Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal requirements in New York
  • 6Ability to manage 5+ active listings simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • 7Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • 8Familiarity with property management processes and administrative procedures
