What You'll Do9
- 1Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies
- 2Conduct first article inspections and final approvals
- 3Analyze engineering drawings and validate requirements
- 4Use precision tools including CMMs and calipers
- 5Prepare inspection reports and input data digitally
- 6Assist B Inspectors with problem solving
- 7Maintain scrap control and coordinate tool calibration
- 8Stand, walk, and lift files while performing tasks
- 9Travel between client locations and subcontractors
Requirements9
- 15+ years building inspection systems in aerospace defense
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4Knowledge of SPC methodologies
- 5Ability to interpret technical drawings and planning documents
- 6Experience with surface plate layout techniques
- 7Strong communication skills for report preparation
- 8Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout workday
- 9Experience with measurement tools and data entry systems
