What You'll Do9
- 1Provide fleet wide governance oversight for Incident Management and Process/Product Nonconformance programs ensuring consistent application of Invenergy policies and risk classification criteria
- 2Serve as Quality authority for investigation governance reviewing incidents near misses and nonconformances to confirm risk classifications validate investigation scope and assess corrective action adequacy
- 3Maintain Intelex as authoritative system of record enforcing documentation approvals rationale and evidence to ensure transparency audit readiness
- 4Analyze fleet wide trends repeat issues and systemic weaknesses providing insights to Director of Quality for preventive actions
- 5Partner with Machine Shop leadership Engineering Operations and EHS to improve process consistency inspection effectiveness and defect prevention
- 6Offer technical guidance and coaching to investigation owners on risk based thinking governance expectations and documentation quality
- 7Travel up to 20% to support site specific quality process execution and corrective action verification
- 8Own site level quality process execution documenting deviations supporting investigations and verifying corrective action completion
- 9Translate fleet level lessons learned into practical local process improvements
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Quality Operations or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 25+ years of experience in quality operations incident management manufacturing or related field
- 3Demonstrated experience with Incident or event investigation frameworks Nonconformance deviation management risk based governance models
- 4Strong analytical documentation and facilitation skills
- 5Eligible to work in United States without employer visa sponsorship
- 6Preferred exposure to Intelex or similar ESHQ quality systems
- 7Familiarity with SIFp based incident classification
- 8Manufacturing repair or industrial shop experience
- 9Knowledge of causal analysis methods such as Cause Mapping and 5 Why
- 10System level thinking with strong governance discipline
- 11Detail oriented audit ready process driven communicator
