What You'll Do11
- 1Upgrade service qualities and workforce efficiency for all Business Units in the United States Canada and Europe
- 2Implement enhancement processes and professionalism of security and compliance including C-TPAT ISF/NRA TSA EMCP FCPA FMC AES KSMS FAA certifications
- 3Act as instructor to train business units service quality seed members for future development needs
- 4Participate in system integration projects for existing and potential multinational customer accounts
- 5Coordinate with global sales and marketing team to maintain MNC customer relationships and fulfill KPI compliance
- 6Assess business needs identify current and future requirements conduct customer analysis using common courses of information to propose improvement solutions
- 7Evaluate legal regulatory and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to international shipping regulations
- 8Identify and resolve customer pain points through data-driven insights
- 9Drive cross-functional collaboration across regions and disciplines to enhance operational effectiveness
- 10Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- 11Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven ability to assess and anticipate both current and future customer needs
- 3Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding operations
- 4Strong understanding of legal regulatory and compliance frameworks
- 5Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving customer pain points
