Overview
Lead governance and portfolio oversight for Genentech's Patient Experience initiatives. Provide a consolidated enterprise-wide view of initiatives investments and performance. Develop governance materials synthesize cross-functional inputs and support senior leadership decision making.
What You'll Do6
- 1Maintain a consolidated view of the enterprise PX portfolio tracking milestones dependencies risks and post-launch integrations
- 2Develop high-standard governance materials synthesizing complex cross-functional inputs into strategic narratives and trade-off recommendations
- 3Maintain and evolve the central PX investment framework aggregating financial capacity and resource data to monitor actuals against planned investments
- 4Surface cross-initiative gaps overlaps and risks enabling proactive alignment and execution of the enterprise PX roadmap
- 5Consolidate performance data across PX initiatives to support KPI tracking outcomes measurement and value stories demonstrating impact
- 6Support day-to-day operations of PX governance forums ensuring clear agendas robust documentation and execution tracking across stakeholders
Requirements6
- 1Hold a Bachelor’s degree in MBA or advanced degree preferred with 4-7 years of professional experience in strategy portfolio management finance or related field
- 2Demonstrate foundational experience in financial analysis resource planning or investment tracking with strong attention to detail
- 3Show proven ability to synthesize complex inputs manage cross-functional dependencies and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- 4Preferred MBA or advanced degree in business or quantitative discipline
- 5Direct experience supporting commercial or patient-centric portfolio governance in a matrixed biotech/pharma environment
- 6Advanced capability with portfolio analytics tools financial modeling and executive-level dashboard creation

$131 - $243k per year
