Overview
Support the brand in delivering a transformational client experience and driving sales in a high volume luxury retail environment. You will build relationships with customers, communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy, and maintain operational standards with a collaborative team at our Phoenix store. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive sales and achieve personal targets
- 2Deliver the client experience using product knowledge to communicate the Tory Burch brand lifestyle
- 3Maintain compliance with sales and operational policies and procedures
- 4Collaborate with retail team to ensure visual standards and store operations support business goals
- 5Assist with loss prevention and operational controls while providing excellent customer service
Requirements5
- 1One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- 2Strong personal selling and customer relations experience and verbal and written communication skills
- 3Must have open availability for flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
- 4Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders and standing for extended periods
- 5Passion for fashion, brand knowledge, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
