What You'll Do5
- 1Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- 2Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and adjust approaches accordingly
- 3Conduct discharge evaluations and coordinate referrals and educational resources
- 4Communicate patient progress and needs to treatment teams physicians and families
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- 2Current unrestricted physical therapy license in the practicing state
- 3Basic Life Support certification meeting state regulations
- 4Minimum one year of clinical PT experience preferred
- 5Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries
- 6Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
- 7Capacity to lift fifty pounds and move transfer patients up to one hundred pounds safely
- 8Fine motor skills visual acuity and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- 9Experience with pushing pulling bending stooping reaching kneeling and positioning
- 10Willingness to travel and drive as part of service delivery
