Protector, Security Specialist & Executive Protection Lead
Overview
Own and execute high level protection for public figures at scale within a specialized team. You will monitor facilities, screen and control access, and respond to security incidents across client residences and travel. Work within a mission driven firm focused on safety, privacy, and wellbeing while leveraging cutting edge command center tools. This role blends field protection with strategic planning and requires teamwork, physical readiness, and disciplined decision making.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build access control protocols and respond to medical emergencies to maintain client safety
- 2Design and execute security plans for client locations and travel, coordinating with the Command Center
- 3Monitor property and screen visitors and vendors to prevent threats
- 4Provide secure transportation and logistical support for client movements
- 5Prepare advance surveys of locations and document suspicious activity for after action reviews
- 6Maintain readiness through documentation, drills, and ongoing training to meet evolving threats
- 7Lead and participate in EPS and PLT programs to develop leadership and protective skills
- 8Demonstrate physical fitness, pass required exams, and stay drug and nicotine free
- 9Collaborate with team to maintain client trust and protect life and privacy
- 10Contribute to a merit-based promotion path through performance and teamwork
Requirements10
- 1Active National Guard or Reservist status and ability to accommodate drill schedules
- 2Ability to pass physical readiness tests including pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and 800m run
- 3Able to pass pre-employment background investigation
- 4Able to swim and withstand demanding physical activity
- 5Veterans encouraged to apply and willing to relocate to Seattle
- 6Willingness to complete EPS training academy and professional leadership track
- 7Commitment to maintaining drug and nicotine free status
- 8Comfort with high security standards and confidential information handling
