What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain property integrity across physical financial and program dimensions
- 2Drive occupancy through strategic marketing and proactive rent collection
- 3Ensure compliance with HUD regulations using specialized software
- 4Manage resident lifecycle processes including recertifications and rent adjustments
- 5Prepare detailed financial reports covering marketing delinquency and expense tracking
- 6Lead hiring and training initiatives while supporting staff development
- 7Conduct REAC reviews and prepare investor site assessments
- 8Collaborate with management on Management and Occupancy Reviews
- 9Implement performance improvement strategies for team members
Requirements5
- 12 years college education or 5 years property management experience
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and RealPage platform
- 3Certification in Certified Property Manager or related field preferred
- 4Valid real estate license as required by state regulations
- 5Demonstrated leadership abilities within diverse teams
