What You'll Do8
- 1Perform tile and grout cleaning using tile scrubbers and grout brushes.
- 2Execute carpet cleaning with extractors and carpet wands.
- 3Strip, wax, buff, and burnish floors using floor machines and burnishers.
- 4Clean windows and high dust areas with extension poles and squeegees.
- 5Detail clean offices and restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- 6Operate auto scrubbers to maintain large commercial floors.
- 7Push or pull equipment weighing up to 30 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 8Communicate with coworkers and customers while working in public spaces.
Requirements8
- 12+ years experience in commercial janitorial work.
- 2Experience operating floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
- 3Experience cleaning large commercial facilities.
- 4Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- 5Ability to stand for long periods.
- 6Basic interpersonal skills for customer and coworker interaction.
- 7Own vehicle for travel to job sites.
- 8Authorization to work in the U.S.
