Overview

You will restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage for PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration. You will work on residential and commercial jobsites, handle all aspects of restoration, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets. What You'll Do9

  • 1Manage customer satisfaction by representing the brand with empathy and professionalism.
  • 2Perform all aspects of production processes, including water extraction, mold remediation, and fire cleanup.
  • 3Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure readiness and longevity.
  • 4Coordinate with your direct supervisor to keep the team aligned and efficient.
  • 5Follow uniform and policy guidelines as outlined in the Brand Identity Guide.
  • 6Leave each jobsite clean and orderly after completing services.
  • 7Develop production expertise through hands-on training and IICRC certifications.
  • 8Communicate clearly with office staff, your supervisor, and fellow technicians.
  • 9Keep all products, equipment, and facilities clean and organized to the highest standard.
