What You'll Do9
- 1Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project life cycle including planning and closeout
- 2Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects such as treatment facilities and pipelines
- 3Serve as primary client partner for public agency and utility clients
- 4Develop and manage scopes schedules and budgets while providing technical leadership
- 5Mentor engineers and coaches emerging project managers
- 6Support business development through client relationship building and proposal strategy
- 7Help clients secure funding for critical infrastructure improvements
- 8Prepare technical reports and proposals to ensure successful project delivery
- 9Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives
Requirements8
- 1S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with PE registration in California
- 28+ years of progressive civil engineering experience focusing on water infrastructure
- 3Proven ability to manage project scope schedule and budget
- 4Strong technical background in project delivery from planning to construction support
- 5Experience preparing proposals and technical documentation
- 6Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- 7Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project environments
- 8Commitment to professional growth and mentorship
