Project Manager, SUE and Surveying
Overview
Lead project manager overseeing budgets and resource utilization for SUE and Survey projects. Serve as primary contact between SAM and clients. Oversee field and office staff, logistics, scheduling, and deliverables. Responsible for proposal writing, business development, conference participation, and staff development. Manage projects end-to-end while ensuring quality standards and client specifications. Implement efficient procedures and systems. Develop and manage proposals budgets schedules and contracts. Sign and seal plats field notes and control drawings when required. Establish work plans staffing requirements for multiple projects. Engage in business development and maintain client relationships. Conduct client presentations and interface with sub-consultants and internal business units. Report financial status including AR/WIP and billing cycles. Represent company at meetings and trade shows. Perform additional tasks as needed to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements11
- 15+ years industry experience in project management
- 2Associates or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3Proven track record managing large-scale SUE projects
- 4Expertise with AutoCAD Micro Station Geopack MS Office Suite
- 5Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 6Ability to obtain professional license quickly
- 7Familiarity with AWS certified tools
- 8Experience with React frameworks
- 9Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture
- 10Understanding of CPC certification standards
- 11Proficiency in Python scripting
