What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
- 2Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- 3Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value
- 4Create and update Waterfall project management plans
- 5Develop detailed schedules using work breakdown structures and critical path analysis
- 6Monitor project progress and address variances proactively
- 7Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve impediments
- 8Track budgets and resource allocations to maintain project constraints
- 9Drive Agile metrics analysis for continuous improvement
- 10Mentor junior project managers and share best practices
- 11Maintain compliance with PMBOK disciplines across all projects
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Clinical Field Business or related field or 4 years relevant experience
- 25 years’ experience in project management required
- 34 years’ experience in IT or healthcare preferred
- 4Project Management Professional Certification or Professional Scrum Master I or Certified Scrum Master
- 5Strong understanding of PMO processes and tools such as ServiceNow SPM Jira Confluence Microsoft Project
