Project Manager Global Innovation Team

Seeking a senior innovation expert to lead the Global Innovation team at Pernod Ricard USA. This role drives innovation across brands, delivering end-to-end project management from ideation to commercialization. What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver Innovation team vision with local US focus and global partnership coordination
- 2Create and manage project plans and KPIs aligned with brand strategy
- 3Provide project management support for design development and TLO initiatives
- 4Lead cross-functional sprints for innovation launches and operational improvements
- 5Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation to commercialization
- 6Collaborate with brand companies and internal partners to meet deadlines and budgets
- 7Drive consumer-centricity integration into innovation stages and reporting
- 8Coordinate with local marketing teams and global headquarters for alignment
- 9Proactively address scope creep and optimize project workflows
- 10Track project performance through 90-day, 180-day, and 365-day post-launch analysis
- 11Champion Agile methodologies and Six Sigma/Scrum practices for improved efficiency
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree with project management qualifications (Six Sigma Scrum Master PMI)
- 2Minimum 6+ years innovation project management experience in spirits, beverages, or CPG sectors
- 3Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- 4Agile methodology expertise with demonstrated impact on speed to market
- 5Strong financial acumen for P&L management and cost optimization
- 6Experience in beverage or spirits innovation and product launches
- 7Global experience in North America or startup CPG environments preferred
- 8Ability to work remotely 2 days weekly with flexible scheduling
- 9Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- 10Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- 11Familiarity with sustainability and safety practices in beverage production
