
Project Lead, Healthcare Policy Enablement & Implementation
Overview
Lead the implementation, governance, and operational transition of medical policy enablement initiatives for a healthcare organization in Philadelphia. Own end-to-end program delivery, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, policy configuration teams, offshore teams, and executive leadership. Drive alignment across workstreams in a hybrid role (Python, SQL, Excel for data analysis, JIRA for tracking) that combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management. This contract-to-hire role focuses on measurable outcomes in the first 90 days, including policy configuration milestones and stakeholder sign-offs.
What You'll Do8

- 6Align offshore resources and business stakeholders on requirements, resolving conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
- 7Build executive dashboards and reports in PowerPoint and Excel, presenting progress to leadership.
- 8Own the first 90-day roadmap, prioritizing policy enablement tasks and driving deliverables to completion.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in project management within healthcare operations or policy administration.
- 23+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including offshore resources.
- 3Experience with medical policy configuration and healthcare regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS, NCQA).
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- 5Experience using JIRA or similar project tracking tools to manage agile workflows.
- 6Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- 7Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
