What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate cross functional projects track tasks timelines and deliverables ensure follow through
- 2Conduct end to end process mapping and support business process documentation
- 3Analyze data using excel and power bi to extract insights inform decision making
- 4Develop clear concise presentations and reports using powerpoint and other microsoft tools
- 5Engage stakeholders to clarify business problems identify pain points and co create solutions
- 6Prepare project trackers meeting minutes pre reads and action summaries for team leadership meetings
- 7Create and maintain organized version controlled documentation libraries using microsoft 365 tools sharepoint one drive teams etc
- 8Manage access permissions and logical folder structures to ensure intuitive navigation and collaboration
- 9Process mapping skills like visio
- 10Strong working knowledge of microsoft 365 suite including sharepoint one drive excel power bi and outlook
- 11Proficiency in excel pivot tables lookup functions data cleaning and power bi dashboards data visualization
Requirements5
- 13+ years of experience in roles involving project coordination process improvement or business data analysis
- 2Demonstrated experience working in large complex or matrixed organizations
- 3Strong working knowledge of microsoft 365 suite including sharepoint one drive excel power bi and outlook
- 4Prolific experience with peoplesoft workday or erp/hris systems
- 5Familiarity with project task management tools
Salary Insight
$58 - $125k per year
