We seek a skilled Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers in delivering day-to-day project execution. This hands-on role involves managing Jira and Confluence systems, coordinating meetings, and assisting with resource tracking. What You'll Do11
- 1Set up and maintain Jira projects boards workflows issue types and custom fields for project teams
- 2Create and manage Confluence spaces pages templates and documentation repositories
- 3Ensure data integrity by cleaning duplicates enforcing naming conventions and supporting backlog grooming
- 4Troubleshoot daily Jira Confluence issues for team members and provide resolution guidance
- 5Assist with scheduling meetings preparing agendas and taking minutes
- 6Track action items follow up with owners and ensure on-time completion
- 7Support resource tracking timeline updates and dependency management
- 8Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams stakeholders and client representatives
- 9Participate in change management and UAT coordination activities
- 10Onboard new team members to project tools and processes
- 11Develop reports and dashboards using native Jira reporting JQL filters and gadgets
Requirements16
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading projects in utilities or energy sectors
- 3Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred
- 4Hands-on expertise administering Jira workflows boards custom fields permissions and JQL
- 5Strong knowledge of Confluence space page setup templates and documentation structure
- 6Proven ability creating reports dashboards directly from Jira
- 7Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and documentation
- 8Attention to detail managing multiple priorities in a consulting environment
- 9Experience with utilities clients or utilities-specific platforms like AMI GIS OMS ADMS
- 10Familiarity with Atlassian tools beyond Jira/Confluence such as Jira Service Management and Advanced Roadmaps
- 11Certified ScrumMaster or CSM certification or pursuing
- 12CAPM or PMP certification or actively pursuing
- 13Exposure to SaaS ERP CIS technology implementations such as Oracle SAP Salesforce
- 14Familiarity with SharePoint Smartsheet or MS Project
- 15Working in a management consulting environment with client-facing responsibilities
- 16Basic understanding of change management principles like Prosci ADKAR
