What You'll Do10
- 1Own document control for projects, ensuring quality standards and project requirements are met
- 2Track project milestones and deliverables, updating TerraNet and CRM with accurate data
- 3Draft proposal sections, fee estimates, and change orders for routine projects
- 4Partner with financial analysts to manage WIP, invoicing, and accounts receivable
- 5Maintain contract inventory and track signed contracts for each project
- 6Prepare boring and test pit logs, and coordinate drilling activities
- 7Train project managers on Compass to enhance client experience
- 8Schedule client communications and report delivery status updates
- 9Support utility locating services and clearances as directed
- 10Perform data entry for project budgets, timelines, and schedules
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma and 2+ years of related experience
- 2Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred
- 4Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
- 5Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required
