Overview
Citadel CPM seeks a skilled Program Scheduler to lead Primavera P6 scheduling for educational facilities. The ideal candidate will own the program schedule, monitor critical paths, and deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do6
- 1Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules identifying relationships logic milestones and constraints for construction projects
- 2Monitor and actively participate in project and program scheduling issues while applying best practices and standards
- 3Obtain accurate program schedule updates from project teams and perform quality assurance reviews
- 4Create conceptual what-if schedules for diverse project types including complex multi-year initiatives
- 5Conduct critical path analyses and earned value assessments
- 6Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management
Requirements5
- 1Minimum five years full-time paid scheduling experience with an owner or general contractor focusing on educational facilities or public works projects
- 2Proficiency with Primavera P6 latest version and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methodologies
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 5Secondary qualification option: Additional two years of construction scheduling experience to offset lack of relevant degree
