Lead arterial portfolio projects from concept to commercialization ensuring high-quality innovative medical products on time and within budget. Live within commuting distance to Waltham MA office and be on-site five days weekly.
What You'll Do17
- 1Collaborate with PMO and site leadership to define manage and own project scope for arterial portfolio of projects
- 2Develop and manage detailed project Gantt charts
- 3Own schedule monitor and track status
- 4Evaluate tradeoffs within projects
- 5Analyze critical path major workstreams intersecting milestones
- 6Create project budgets with cross-functional managers and directors
- 7Optimize monitor maintain costs within budget
- 8Develop risk management plan identify analyze understand project risks develop and monitor response plan
- 9Develop stakeholder engagement plan based on identification analysis expectations and requirements
- 10Estimate acquire assign cross functional project resources
- 11Define role responsibility deliverables for each team member
- 12Coach and mentor team members
- 13Develop execute communications management plan for project team key stakeholders business leaders
- 14Ensure projects adhere to divisional NPD governance processes driving compliance to frameworks support consistent execution
- 15Lead change management efforts across cross-functional teams ensure smooth adoption of new processes technologies strategies
- 16Support maturation of PMO organization implementing new tools templates technologies
- 17Educate cross-functional resources on PMO initiatives ensure consistent adherence to processes standards
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2Minimum eight years of work experience leading engineering or product development programs in a regulated industry
- 3Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Project with experience creating and regularly maintaining project timelines
- 5PMP Certification
- 6Experience with hardware software and or capital equipment projects
- 7Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Salary Insight
$142 - $236k per year
